Excellent post! I am a student of Economics as well, and I totally agree with your idea about inclusion in Economics. Working stuff in Economics requires a lot of cooperation where great and different ideas could meet and integrate. Inclusion in economy is truly enlarging!

Hi Julia,

Incredible post! Your idea that “the key is to value the diversity, not abolish it” really makes sense to me. I think we should not specialize someone with different ideas compared to us, instead, we should treat everyone equally. Acting like everyone is special or no one is special and take diversity as common sense.
